Returns & Refunds: If you wish to return our products, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase by emailing email@example.com. To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued in your original form of payment. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the date of purchase.
Damaged Product: Our products and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please inspect the product to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Any claim for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product. If the product is damaged, please contact us and provide a full and detailed description of the damage to the product.
